Cory Forer, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

As Founder and CEO of Protective Dynamics, Cory brings over 25 years of experience in intelligence, homeland security, and strategic risk advisory. Before launching the firm, Cory held senior roles across the U.S. national security community, where he led interagency crisis response efforts, developed protective strategies for critical infrastructure, and advised executive leadership on evolving transnational threats. 

Drawing from this background, Cory established Protective Dynamics to deliver the same level of intelligence integration and mission-focused support to the private sector, filling a crucial gap for infrastructure owners and operations, and their key partners, facing complex, irregular risks without dedicated internal intelligence capabilities. Cory leads the firm’s vision, partnerships, and client strategy, ensuring each engagement aligns with operational priorities and national resilience goals.
